The drum dryer is a contact-type, internally heated, conductive drying equipment, mainly used in fields such as chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, food processing, and urban sludge treatment. Its main body is a rotating inclined cylinder. Through the agitators inside the cylinder, the materials are repeatedly lifted and come into contact with heat sources such as hot air or steam, achieving a drying efficiency of 30-80 kg/m³·h. This equipment uses the heat transfer method on the outer wall of the drum. The materials adhere to the cylinder surface in a film form and are rapidly dehydrated under the heating of 120-150℃ steam.
